NIMDE.ai is a radiology workspace with an AI assistant built in. It brings together a worklist, a cloud PACS, a diagnostic DICOM viewer and AI dictation and reporting, plus a desktop Gateway that connects your scanners and workstations. Radiologists view, speak and finalize reports in one place.
Yes. A small clinic can start with one Gateway on a single PC and use the cloud for storage and reporting. Mid-size and large hospitals can link many Gateways, sites and modalities under one account, with roles for admins, radiologists, radiographers and referring doctors. It grows with your volume.
Yes. The Gateway can run as an in-house server on your local network: studies are received, stored, viewed and reported on site, and several users can work together over the LAN. You can choose to sync with the cloud for remote reading, sharing and off-site copies.
You dictate and speech recognition turns your voice into text live. A language model then shapes it into a structured report that follows your template, fills placeholders and flags contradictions. NIMDE.ai Chat answers questions about a study, such as summarizing prior studies. The AI only drafts; the radiologist always reviews, edits and signs the final report.
Send studies from the scanner to the Gateway, or let auto import pick them up from a folder. Check the images in the viewer, fix patient details or tags if needed, add clinical history and attach request forms. Then send the study to a radiologist or the cloud in one click and follow the job, with automatic retries if a send fails.
Studies sent to the cloud are kept in durable, encrypted cloud storage with redundant copies. In-house Gateways keep a local copy and can sync to the cloud as an off-site backup. Reports keep a version history, so earlier versions can always be found.
Any device that speaks DICOM: CT, MRI, X-ray, CR/DR, ultrasound, mammography and more, from any vendor. It also connects to your existing PACS and to HIS/EMR systems through integrations and an API.
Yes. The Gateway keeps receiving, viewing and reporting studies on your local network. Queued jobs send automatically as soon as the connection is back.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role and every action is logged. Each facility only sees its own studies, and patient details are removed before AI chat requests are processed.
